1、换掉橙汁吃橙子
扔掉你早上喝的1杯橙汁,这相当于140卡路里,吃一个完整的橙子,新鲜橙子的热量只有45卡路里,这样就可以减少95卡路里的摄取。橙子里含有大量的纤维,这会让你在更长的一段时间内保持吃饱的感觉。
2、少吃几个煎蛋
用4个蛋白(64卡路里)和四分之一杯的鸡蛋替代品(30卡路里)来代替3个整鸡蛋(258卡路里),这样你可以少摄取164卡路里。如果你想吃肉,用三片瘦肉(105卡路里)代替三片普通的火腿肉制品(378卡路里),又可以少摄取273卡路里。
